These terms of service apply to all interactions with any content which I produce. Violation of any terms of service will result in blacklisting and blocking.

In interacting with anything that I create, you are agreeing to all of my terms and conditions, as follows:

General T.O.S

  1. You may not edit (trace, recolor, crop, or alter) any of my artwork.

  2. My art can be reuploaded to other sites so long as my twitter account, @swordgoth, is properly credited in the immediate image description. Proper crediting does not include referencing my username in any comments section or threads.

  1. I reserve the right to deny any commission upon request.

  2. Commission prices (listed on my commissions page) are subject to change based on the complexity of a request. Feel free to reach out to me for an initial quote, or if you have any questions.

  3. Purchased commissions may not be used for commercial art without my explicit consent.

  4. I retain copyright over any artwork produced for commission purposes. (This does not include infringement on any and all intellectual property rights which you may hold.)

  5. Most of my commission work will be completed within one month, unless otherwise specified by me. If you would like to receive your commission before a certain date/time, you must notify me before I have fully accepted the offer. A rush fee (subject to the complexity of the request) will be applied.

  6. All General T.O.S (above) apply to commissioned works as well.

Won't Draw

  1. Offensive (Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, etc.) Art of Any Kind

  2. Complicated Mecha

  3. NSFW or Fetish Art

  4. Extreme Gore

Payment and Refunds

  1. Payment can be made in full after I have accepted your request, OR in two parts: 50% upon acceptance, and 50% after lineart has been approved.

  2. Refund requests will not be accepted once I have started each stage of a commission. If, for any reason short of cancellation on your end, I am unable to finish your commission, refunds can be discussed.

  3. Payment will only be accepted through Paypal at this time.

  4. This is not a rule, but tips are accepted and appreciated!
